This project involved the widening the space between the front living room space and rear side. We installed the structural supports and pad foundations to support these. The clients opted for solid wood flooring and Farrow and Ball matt paint finishes. 

 

We also installed a small guest toilet and basin under the sink. This required new drainage connections to the manhole and ventilation.

The upstairs works involved converting an existing bedroom into a bathroom large enough to accomodate a freestanding bath and shower.
