The works involved removing a dividing wall, chimney and opening up the space to create a large open plan kitchen with timber bi-fold doors leading to the garden.

 

The project also involved new gas and plumbing works with the installation of a new heating system in the loft. We replaced the original timber suspended flooring and the old concrete floor with new concrete, (insulated to regs) and installed new underfloor heating and finally after a top screed, the beautiful tiles.
