Works involved:

Removal of Chimney stack in the middle of the room up to roof level.

Structural supports and steel box frame.

Opening up of the rear windows and installation of Bi-fold doors and new windows. 

Installation of a new high efficiency boiler and radiators.

Tiling of floor with 75 x 75 tiles and kitchen installation (Casa Lube of Italy). 

Decoration throughout.
